The Mister World competition is a male beauty pageant sponsored by the Miss World Organization. The
competition is biennial and was founded in 1996. The entrants compete
in various activities including waterskiing, mountain biking, and
marathon running. The current Mister World is Nicklas Pedersen of Denmark who was crowned on June 15, 2014 in Torbay, England. Traditionally, Mister World lives in London during his reign.

Who will it be this 2016? The Search For The World’s Most Desirable Man returns this summer, with all the action unfolding in one of the UK’s most popular seaside resorts, the historic town of Southport! Located on the Northwest Coast of England, Southport is known as
‘England’s Classic Resort’; a sophisticated, cosmopolitan and vibrant
port town, with glorious sandy beaches, a panoramic seafront and a
historic Victorian pier. Located a short hop away from the cities of
Liverpool and Manchester, Southport is ideally situated and promises to
be a magnificent home for Mr World!
Prepare yourself for the clash of the summer, as this July the world’s
elite pit themselves against each other in a series of challenges
designed to push them to the very limits, to discover who will be Mr
World.
The grand finale of Mr World 2016 will take place on Tuesday 19th of July in the Floral Hall at the Southport Theatre Convention Centre (STCC), with preliminary events taking place in the local area in the 10 days leading up to the final!
