Anatolie Jalba will be representing Moldova in the next edition of Mister World 2016. Anatolie was designated Mr World Moldova 2016 and the young
24-year-old will represent the country at the most prestigious competition for
international male models. The decision was taken by the national
agency licensed by the international organization of Mr. World. Anatolie was born in
Criuleni. He graduated from law
school and speaks two USEM languages-Russian and English. He stands at 1.82
m high, has brown hair and blue eyes. He says he has
not been involved in similar competitions, but is determined to bring home the title.
The grand finale of Mr World 2016 will take place on Tuesday 19th of
July in the Floral Hall at the Southport Theatre Convention Centre
(STCC), Southport, UK with preliminary events taking place in the local
area in the 10 days leading up to the final.
The Mister World competition is a male beauty pageant sponsored by the Miss World Organization. The
competition is biennial and was founded in 1996. The entrants compete
in various activities including waterskiing, mountain biking, and
marathon running. The current Mister World is Nicklas Pedersen of Denmark who was crowned on June 15, 2014 in Torbay, England. Traditionally, Mister World lives in London during his reign.
