Yader Jarquín: Mister Universe Nicaragua 2016

Yader Jarquín was selected by the Nicaraguan franchise of Mister Universe as Mister Universe Nicaragua 2016 and will be the representative of Nicaragua in the Mister Universe 2016 (Men Universe Model) contest to be held in the Dominican Republic from July 5-15, 2016. Rogier Warnawa of Netherlands will be handing over the title in the finals.

Jarquín is the fifth Nicaraguan titleholder to participate in the pageant. Last year, it was Mike Ortiz who represented the country, achieving the Best Body award and also ended as a runner-up.

Yader Jarquín is 19 years old and is a third year student of Chemistry and Pharmacy. His hobbies include dancing and exercise.

"We are already working on the preparations with great Nicaraguan experts to do a good job, but in June we will travel to Miami where he will receive catwalk, photographic and television pose training", the national director of event Henry Aviles said
