Sandeep Pokhrel: Man of the Year Nepal 2016

Sandeep Pokhrel is currently in Pekanbaru, Indonesia representing Nepal in the first edition of Man of the Year pageant. The 2016 Man of the Year finals will be on August 21st. The Man of the Year Pageant is a new competition. The pageant is looking for a man who best represent the following 5 words. MASTERLY, MINDFUL, MANLY, MASCULINE and MODERN. 

For social and voluntary activities, the contest will focus on wildlife conservation. This year the winner will campaign SAVE TURTLE, SAVE ORANGUTAN, LOVELY PANDA. In modeling career, the winner of Man of The Year will work in three different agencies in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. There are a lot of opening doors for modeling and entertainment.

Has Sandeep what it takes to be the MAN OF THE YEAR 2016? 

The 22-year old BBA student is a Kathmandu-based model and theater actor but hails originally from Gorkha. Prior to winning the Mister Nepal 2015 contest, he placed second runner-up in the 'Face of Panache' Season 2 contest. At the finals of Mister Nepal, he also won three special awards - Mister Personality, Mister Handsome and Mister Physique. Sandeep who stands at 5'11" has appeared in some stage plays in Nepal and has also done several  print and TV ads. He hopes to enter the film industry soon. If Sandeep becomes the first ever winner of Man of the Year, surely he will get his dream of entering showbiz in Nepal.
