Karan Singhdole of Philippines wins Man of the Year 2016!

Karan Singhdole of the Philippines wins the inaugural edition of Man of The Year 2016 contest held last Aug. 20, 2016 at the Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Karan bested ten other candidates of the newest international male pageant.

Karan was handpicked by PEPP's Foundationto be the Misters of Filipinas Man of the Year Philippines 2016 titleholder which earned him the right to represent the country in the said contest. He is a model by profession and has worked for several eminent brands in the Philippines like SM, LG, Globe, Bench and Cosmo. The 22-year old student of Hotel and Restaurant Management is a full-bloodied Indian who was born and raised in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Karan speaks five languages which include Punjabi, Bengali, Hindi, Filipino and Englich.

The Man of The Year pageant is owned by Raymond Djambek of Indonesia. The pageant’s motto is to look for a man who embodies these five qualities, “Masterly”, “Mindful”, “Manly”, “Masculine” and “Modern”. As the winner of the pageant, Karan will get a chance to work with modelling and entertainment agencies in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Part also of his responsibilities as the titleholder is to campaign for “Wildlife Conservation” and will work for the preservation of turtles, orang-utans and pandas.
