Vincent Jarina: Mister Asian Philippines 2016

Vincent Jarina will be representing the Philippines at the 1st edition of Mister Asian 2016 which will be held on November  14-20, 2016 in Manado, Indonesia. He won the title of Mister Asian Philippines 2016 during the Misters of Filipinas 2016 contest held last September 18, 2016 at the Newport Performing Arts of Resorts World Manila. He is 20 years old and stands 6'2"-tall. This basketball enthusiast from Negros Occidental is a Business Administration student from Trinity University of Asia.

Mister Asian is formerly Mister Southeast Asian but due to numerous requests from countries outside Southeast Asia, it was renamed to Mister Asian to welcome all nations of Asia. To win Mister Asian, contestants will participate in 4 challenge events, prejudging interview and a final stage show. Another of the challenge events is Multimedia. Contestants are judged on their charisma, presentation, interactivity and their ability to interact with a global audience.

The competition venue, Manado is the capital city of the North Sulawesi province of Indonesia. Manado is located at the Bay of Manado, and is surrounded by a mountainous area.
