Kotetsu Okamoto: Mister Asian Japan 2016

 

Kotetsu Okamoto will be representing Japan at the 1st edition of Mister Asian 2016 which will be held on November  14-20, 2016 in Manado, Indonesia. He is 23-years old, stands at 178cm and weighs 67kg. Kotetsu is a Japanese Karate Champion.

Mister Asian is formerly Mister Southeast Asian but due to numerous requests from countries outside Southeast Asia, it was renamed to Mister Asian to welcome all nations of Asia. To win Mister Asian, contestants will participate in 4 challenge events, prejudging interview and a final stage show. Another of the challenge events is Multimedia. Contestants are judged on their charisma, presentation, interactivity and their ability to interact with a global audience.

The competition venue, Manado is the capital city of the North Sulawesi province of Indonesia. Manado is located at the Bay of Manado, and is surrounded by a mountainous area.
