Robin Balses will be representing El Salvador in the 11th edition of Mister International to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on February 5-13, 2017. The pageant was rescheduled because of the death of King Bhumibol of Thailand last October and the request of the Thai government to observe the period of mourning in the country. The Mister International 2016 will be webcast live on www.MisterInternational.net. Mister International 2015 Pedro Mendes of Portugal will crown his successor at the finals night.
Robin Balses is a 29-year-old engineer from San Salvador who will be pursuing his Masters soon. Having played soccer for some time, his new interest is bodybuilding but occasionally does breakdancing. Through his participation in Mister International, he hopes to be his best, learn from others and be an inspiration to people around him.

The 11th Mister International Pageant, presented by Mc.Plus Thailand, will be held in Bangkok, Thailand and webcast live from The Stage @ Asiatique the Riverfront on MisterInternational.net, February 13 (7-10pm ICT).
The 2016 Mister International Pageant will feature contestants from over 40 countries. They will be judged in three categories: swimwear, evening wear and interview, as they vie to become Mister International 2016. The webcast will conclude with Mister International Pedro Mendes from Switzerland crowning his successor.
