Mr. Galan International 2017 is Jomar Vélez Rodríguez of Puerto Rico!

Jomar Vélez Rodríguez of Puerto Rico was elected as Mr. Galan International 2017. He is the first winner of this international male pageant which was held simultaneously with Mr. Real Universe 2016.  The pageant was held in Lima, Peru last March 5, 2017. He bested five other candidates from Cuba, Ecuador, Peru, Portugal and Venezuela. The candidate from Portugal placed as first runner-up and Peru finished as second runner-up in the pageant. The contest is also organized by Atayhua Fashion International, the organizer of Mr. Real Universe.
