Sean Osada became a darling of social media. He was a finalist in the Mr. Japan 2016 representing Osaka. He may not have won the title of Mr. Japan but surely he won the hearts of many people. This handsome Mr. Osaka 2016 has touched many followers because of his advocacy on helping others who are in need. He has made many volunteer works prior to becoming Mr. Osaka 2016 and still continues to do so.
"My high school experience was enriched by many volunteer and
community service activities. These included serving dinners at churches
and handicapped facilities, and also volunteering at marathons and
local river cleaning.
However,
what impressed me most was the volunteer activities in the PHILIPPINES.
We played with the children at an orphanage, helped construct a road,
and served lunches at a soup-kitchen.
When I first came across poverty, I was shocked to see the suffering people had to go through on a daily basis while some of us have no clue on how serious this problem is.
Through the Mr.JAPAN competition, I want our communities to better understand the current state of the world and volunteer as much as possible. - Sean Osada, Mr. Osaka"
