Ralph Otivar emerged as first runner-up in the Mister Philippines 2016 contest and was also awarded the special title Mister Philippines - The Sun. The pageant ws held at the Tanghalang Pasigueno last April 14, 2016. Ralph hails from Leyte.
Ralph has the potential of winning a major national title someday and or maybe he will be given the chance to represent the Philippines in an international male pageant by the Mister Philippines organizers. Good luck Ralph!
