Willan Pagayon will be representing the Philippines in the Mister Tourism International World Final 2016 pageant to be held in Panama City, Panama on January 23-30, 2017. The reigning Mister Tourism International 2015 is Jose Alfredo Galarza of Puerto Rico.
In 2013, Willan won the title of Mister Philippines Universe 2013. In 2015, he won the Mister Tourism International Philippines 2015 during the Misters of Filipinas 2015 pageant under PEPPS but later on the franchise for Mister Tourism International was assigned to another group. Willan resigned from PEPPS and he was assigned the same title by the Gentlemen of the Philippines organization.
Willan is 28 years old and stands at 5’10. An Ilongo, he was a National Marketing Officer for 2GO travel company prior to becoming a pageant winner. He now works as a model.
