Julio Quintal of Falcón wins Mister Press 2016 in the Mister Universo Venezuela 2016!


The 20 year old, 1.77m tall representative of  Falcón, Julio Quintal won the title of "Mister Press 2016"grabbing the first award in the national race towards the Grand Gala Final of Mister Universo Venezuela 2016, which will take place on November 9 at the Main Theater of the Hermandad Gallega (Caracas, DC). The winner of the national pageant will succeed Luis Domingo Baez, the Mister Universo Venezuela 2015 who placed first runner-up in the Men Universe Model 2016 pageant held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Luis is now currently residing in Mexico for some international commitments.

The selection of Julio was made by representatives of the media who covered the press presentation of the 32 official candidates of Mister Universo Venezuela 2016 last Wednesday by the Mister Universo Venezuela organization. The event was held at the Teatro Sambil CCS.  

According to  journalist Alberto Maneiro Restrepo, President of the Organization, this thirteenth edition in the well known "School of Champions" will feature the usual grand show despite the current situation in the country. The show will have as its opening inspired by the film "Hello Dolly", with the special participation of actress and singer Maria Rangel Edilia "The Gocha", the winner of the reality show "Protagonistas de Novela." "Again we are here offering a quality show and good taste as it deserves the public, always with the desire to work hard and show that the country has talent to spare and nothing is impossible even in difficult times," said Maneiro.
