Chris Krauel is the official representaive of Austria in the Mr. Gay World 2016
competition which will be held April 19-23, 2016 in Malta. This is the
eight edition of the said contest. The winner of the 7th edition last
year, Klaus Burkart of Germany resigned from his position and the title
was given to Mass Luciano of Hongkong.
Chris is from Vienna and stands at 188 cm tall. Krauel was chosen at a star-studded event in the western Austrian city
of Dornbirn where the winner was crowned by former Eurovision Conchita
Wurst. In his campaign to be elected as Mr Gay Austria, Krauel suggested homophobia within the gay community is increasingly becoming a major concern. He wants us all to have more tolerance and kindness and to remove anti-gay sentiment from workplaces and in the community.
