The Philippine delegate, Bob Royo, won the title of Mister Culture World 2016 in the competition held in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia last February 26, 2016. The finals was held at the Pacific Sutera hotel.
Bob also won other special prizes, Best in National Costume and Mister Talent. He is a native of Sibuyan Island, Romblon.
