Hanniel Espinoza, 19 years old and standing at 1.91 mts, will be the official representative of Nicaragua in the Mister Teen Mesoamerica Universe 2016 which will be held in Guatemala City from February 3 to 7, 2016. Oziel Otero of Puerto Rico is the current Mr Teen Mesoamerica Universe 2015.
