The 22-year old hunk is currently employed as a Marketing Officer while doing freelance modeling in his free time, as well as regularly helping out in the family’s farm up north. He is also busy nowadays preparing for the national competition by spending more time in the gym to beef up his muscles and physique.

Here is his short interview:
Name: Jm De La Cruz
Age: 22 height: 5'10" weight: 65kg
I am a graduate of marketing management at Cagayan State University. The funniest thing about me is doing some poses while taking a bath. It is one of my training process.

What made you decide to join the competition?
Well I always believe that joining a pageant will open more doors for opportunities. I have joined because I want to explore all the possible opportunities that it could bring.

How do you feel about being selected as one of the official candidates of Misters of Pilipinas 2015?
Being one of the selected candidates of Misters of Pilinas 2015, I feel blessed because the organizers are meticulous in the screening process. To be qualified as a candidate is already an achievement.

How are you preparing yourself for the competition?
I always go to the gym just to improve my physique into a muscular type. Along with that, I am careful with what I eat.

How do you want to be remembered as a candidate in the competition (or what tagline do you prefer to describe yourself)?
I want to be remembered by doing good things to everyone because if you do good then people around us are good.

If you win one of the titles at stake, how will you do the following:
a) become a role model for others
Well, winning a pageant is not just about fame but responsibility to others. I will use my title as a role model to others by conducting myself in a way that I can influence people in doing what is good and best for the society.
b) promote the Philippines
Well I could be an icon of a modern Filipino which means I can help promote our evolving culture, the qualities and traits of Filipinos and promote all places that could be visited by foreign nationals.
